It is a privilege to serve as the 2010 Program Chairman for RIAOC (Realty Investment Association of California). After nearly 40 years, RIAOC continues to host a vibrant and distinguished forum that brings together commercial real estate professionals, investors, and service providers. The long tradition of Tuesday morning meetings at 8am in Orange County (except for Tuesdays following a national holiday) has its current meeting place at the Century 21 Superstars office at 303 W.
